With reference to the Consignment Number Z26073623 & Z26073624 both the consignment was booked on 27 dec. Consignment Number Z26073624 was delivered on 30 dec & Consignment Number Z26073623 was delivered on 04 JAN. Please justify what should be the benefit of sending gifts by courier. For courier tracking i had mailed to each and every branch of banglore but no one was responding for two days. I need my courier booking amount refunded & the courier people should give the reason why this kind of service to the customer.
