Dear Sir,
Pls refer to pay order refund no 544825 dtd 08.05.08 from comercial department Northern railways against refund against waitlist ticket PNR no 2147241171.
I have visited dehradun railway station several times with your pay order (received at my home address at Dehradun) but the required document for refund of Rs 1090 has not been received at dehradun station so they are unable to process the refund.
Pls look into the matter and clear the refund
