Manufactured fault (wrong gear box)

Dear sir/madam

i m Narayan dass, i purchaged a vechile (company name is=EICHER, model =cantre10.75) in last year 14th septemper (dealer name = shree motor feridabad) but a manufactured fault was in that vechile, the gear box was not of this vechile. a main part name -gear counter. it breaks to this part in every 15 to 20 days. i complaint it to dealer to change gear box, he said i will change. but he did not change still, till today my gear counter has broken 15 times, takes 3-4 days to repair. dealer is not giving service. every time vechle has to taken by tow other crane to work shop it charged 3000 every turn. now i m not in condition to pay enstollement to financer, because my vechile is not earning. i m in so loss. pls help me.
