Mistakes in Date of Birth and Pin Code

Dear Sir,

There are few mistakes in the voter ID Card which i have received recently.

my date of birth and pin code in the address has been changed in the ID card.

my card number AVF0809525

my correct date of birth and pin code in the address are,

Date of Birth : 05-08-1983 (5th August 1983)

pin code in the address :805129

Sex: M

please make it correct and send me the new core or replace with new one having correct date of birth and pin code in the address.
