Over load Transforme

Hello,

I am Bharat Kharbanda, R/o NH-2 NIT faridabad Haryana. As i mention that my residence is in NH-2.I get my electricity bill from NH-2 office. But we are getting power supply from NH-3 transformer which is over loaded due to which we are facing lots of power cut (fuse break and light sparking). We have been complaint many times for this in Electricity board. But no one is ready to take action. We requested many times that please provide us supply from NH-2 itself instead of from NH-3, which is already overloaded.

So please help us to resolve the issue.
