I HAD LODGED A COMPLAINT ON 8TH. OF JULY' 2009 REGARDING THE ABOVE FRIDGE . THAT
DAY I COMPLAINED ABOUT WATER BEING COLLECTED AT THE DOORS.
A TECHNICIAN WAS SENT BY M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS, PANVEL ON 8TH EVENING AT ABOUT 4
PM. HE CHECKED AND INFORMED ME ON TELEPHONE (AS I WAS IN THE OFFICE) THAT WATER
DRAIN LINE GOT JAMMED, HE CLEANED IT AND NOW NO WATER COLLECTION WILL BE THERE.
THE TECHNICIAN ALSO PUT SOME PAPER BELOW THE FRIDGE TO MAKE IT TILTED TOWARDS THE BACK SIDE.
MY WIFE PUT WATER IN ICE TRAY OF THE FRIDGER AT 4.30 PM AFTER THE TECHNICIAN SAID
HE CORRECTED THE PROBLEM. TILL TODAY MORNING (10TH JULY '09) THE WATER IN THE
FRIDGER DID NOT TURN INTO ICE AND WATER IS STILL GETTING COLLECTED INSIDE THE FRIDGE.
WE CONTACTED M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS YESTERDAY (9TH JULY '09) AND INFORMED THAT
WATER IN THE FRIDGER IS NOT TURNING TO ICE AND WATER IS GETTING COLLECTED INSIDE THE FRIDGE.
M/S KINGS ELECTRONICS SENT TWO TECHNICIANS AT AROUND 7 IN THE EVENING.THEY
CHECKED THE FRIDGE AND TOLD ME THAT THEY WILL SENT THEIR REPORT TO THE COMPANY.
SO NOW THE FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING AT ALL AND WE ARE UNABLE TO USE IT
I REQUEST THE ESTEEMED COMPANY TO PLEASE REPLACE THIS FRIDGE AT THE EARLIEST.
