Poor service

Sir,

My Aquagaurd NF water filter is down since 18 July. The service engineer visited but could not rectify for want of some parts. When my wife (she is just house wife) the service executive asked her which part went bad. How can a house wife know about parts? The water filter is forcing us to buy hundreds of drinking water bottles. Till date no responce.
