We, SANKAR NATH PRAMANIK, 69yrs. and CHHAYA PRAMANIK, 65yrs. having Hypertension and Space-maker implanted, were allotted with UPPER BERTHS when 158 berths were still available for booking and we requested for allotments in lower berths. At our old-age, having Hypertension as well as Space-maker implanted it is impossible for us to climb up and down to and from UPPER BERTHs particularly for nature's call and/or toilet.
