NON ATTENDING OF COMPLAINT / NON RECTIFICATION OF PROBLEM

My Eureka Forbes Designa Model Water Purifier was under AMC till 19th January. Several complaints lodged during the AMC period regarding different problems i.e. 'Leakage, Water flowing even after switching off the button of Purifier & Black Particles in the water', but the same were not attending / properly rectified by the Engineers. The last 3-4 Complaints Nos. are (1) 773 dt.22.12.2008 (Over phone no.25222500 - Eureka, Punjabi Bagh), (2) 527 dt.24.12.2008 (Over phone no.24528051 - Eureka, Ranjit Nagar), (3) M62466 dt.13.01.2009 (over phone no.39883333 - Eureka Helpline) & (4) 289 dt.17.01.2009 (over phone no.24528051 - Eureka - Ranjit Nagar).

It is surprising and shocking that the Company like Eureka Forbes is providing this type of third class Service to its consumers. Concerned authorities may please take note of this and do the needful action urgently.
