Dismal Service after 3 year's AMC

Sir

I have a water purifier (model Inova) purchased from Eureka forbes. After expiry of the warranty I entered into a 3 year Annual maintenance Contract with the company on 12/4. At the time of the contract the comapny serviced the machine and changed the filter. After that till date, despite the AMC nobody came to service the machine. 4 days back I had lodged a complaint at the local office of eureka forbes that the machine is not working and it should be attended to immediately for we don't have very little stored drinking water. The company man came empty handed and after inspecting the machine said that the filter needs replacement, which he will replace tomorrow morning positively. But since that we have been waiting for this gentleman. I again called the company perosnnel Mr Neelesh, but till now nobody has come. We are forced to drink unsafe water which may lead to diseases for which the company will face serious legal consequences.
