One of the licensed service franchisee of Eureka Forbes, M/s Yashaswee Enterprises, with whom I had my two years AMC, his service Engineer broke the body of my Aquaguard (Royal), and they promised me replacement in only 15 days. But, almost a year has passed they are not responding. Due to this I can not hang my aquaguard, and kept on ground which is causing inconvinience.
Today, the same company is telling that Eureka is not supplying the body. Now, I need solution on this or replace my aquaguard equipment.
