I have purchased an Aquaguard water purifier and have an AMC for the period from 08/08 to 07/08 (Contract receipt number AG 96B 14074583). Till date only one servicing has been done after repeated phone calls. The last servicing was due on Feb which has not been attended so far. My repeated phone calls to number 080-7834442 has gone unattended. Local calls from Jabalpur to the franchisee has also paid no results.
I request you to advice your service personnel at Jabalpur to look into the matter immediately or else I will be left with no other alternative to refer the matter to the Consumer Forum.
