Defective goods & deficiency in service

I have purchased Aquaguard Gold NOVA in September. Within 15 days machine started giving troubles and completely stopped functioning in one month. Compaint lodged with helpline. After 2 days a technician comes and does something. On the same day machine again stopped working!!! Requested for replacement. No response from company yet. Only false assurnaces given every time I give a call to helpline. Absolutely defective peice supplied by the company. The sales person who had sold the product also not responding, who used to give frequent calls before purchasing the machine.

Extremely disappointed with the product and services.
