We had purchased a Aquaguard I-Nova which is still under warranty. We have been calling the Eureka Forbes customer service number 39883434 for the last 7 days for registering request for the third servicing as per applicable terms and conditions. This call has been unattended to date.
The water purification quality is very poor. I suspect that the water is not getting purified and making the family including my children at risk for water borne infection the incidence of which is very high during monsoons. If we are only to boil water then it makes useless sense to invest is purchase of a water purifier like Acquaguard.
We wish the water sample to be tested under consumer protection act and appropriate penalties be levied to the company for not honoring the service contract.
