Ought a Aqua Gaurd Gold Nova on 18th Aug 08. I actually needed the installation on 23rd Aug. I kept repeatedly informing the sales person that deliver on 23rd Aug install and take the money. The sales person who was nice till the time of sale (Shiva of Chennai Mobile No. 9941513989) begged to me to help him for reaching Target as month closing is on 20/08 and pushed me to take the machine and pay me. He said he will come and do the installation on 23rd. On 22nd whole day when I kept repeatedly calling he did not pick up my phone nor he had a courtesy to return my call by seeing so many missed calls if he was busy in meeting as he claims. Late in the night I got him pick my phone after 30 attempts. He said he will come and do the installation on 23rd and will give me a call at 8 am to reconfirm the time. Till 9.30 am he did not give me a call. When I called him at 9.30 am he said he is out of station to attend a function. I asked him I called you late in the night, were you not aware that you are not in station tom and how did you commit. He has silence. I told him catagorically if the same is not installed as committed, I am going to issue stop payment of cheque. He then assured me before 4 PM the same will be installed. He switched off his mobile after 4 PM. Late in the evening at 6.30 PM I found his mobile on and when he picked up he said his boss was informed of this matter and he is supposed to have come and completed the installation. He will make him to call me immediatly. Which never happened till 8 PM. I called him at 8 PM, his mobile is again switched off until now. Neither of them called me till now. On top of it they assured me if I buy before 20/08 there will be a complimentary installation kit worth Rs. 450. I am surprised when the machine got delivered that it is a part of standard package which comes in the box. BEWARE OF SUCH DIRECT MARKETING COMPANY PERSONNELS. I have informed thru Eureka forbes website too that I am issuing stop payment. Once they bring & return my cheque which was uncleared, they can take the equipment back. NEVER PAY MONEY BEFORE THE SERVICES ARE FULLY DELIVERED TO YOUR SATISFACTION IS THE MORAL OF THIS EXPERIENCE.
