I purchased the product Aqua Guard Total (RO) Unit No. 6025851 of Eureka Forbes vide Bill No. 201 dtd.25.08.2008 of M/s Chitransh Electronics, Barabanki (U.P.). The Product has stopped working completely since more than 15 days. In spite of my repeated requests made to Mr Abbas (Cell No.9838487120) & Mr. Jitendra Kumar (Cell No. 9984654350)- Area Service Manager Of Eureka Forbes, Barabanki (U.P.), none has turned up to attend the problems faced by my family.
