I bought Eureka Forbes Aqua Sure model 18lts.in May 08.There was some problem in filter so i lodged a complaint on 24 oct 08 and after that i have called atleast 5-6 times but there is no proper response. I have two seperate complaint no. I am always assured that the technician will reach in two days but so far till date no service have been provided. The company is a failure in after sales services
