I paid Rs.5450/- for buying a Trendy-Xeon Eureka Forbes Vacuum cleaner from MGB, 100 Feet Road, Coimbatore. They delivered me a wrong model (Trendy Cherry) which is Rs.1000/- less and was not even in good working condition. The same was informed to them the next day and was agreed to change after they accept their mistake.
But when i went to the MGB, 100 Feet Road, Coimbatore they were not ready to replace it for me beacuse they dont have a ready stock to rectify their mistake.
I informed the same to Eureka Forbes Customer service executives (around 3 people) but they didnt take any action for it yet.
