UNIT NOT WORKING

I HAVE BOUGHT AQUAGUARD TOTAL RO 07 MONTHS BACK FROM EUREKA FORBES FROM MADURAI OFFICE IN INDIA. I HAVE REGISTERED A COMPLAINT 0N 25 FEB VIDE COMPLAINT NUMBER 0053271245 DATED 25 FEB 09. AFTER THREE DAYS ON 28 FEB A SERVICE ENGINEER ATTENDED MY COMPLAINT BUT NOT RESOLVED MY PROBLEM.STILL MY AQUAGUARD RO UNIT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. MANY TIMES I HAVE CONTACTED MADURAI EUREKA FORBES OFFICE, MUMBAI OFFICE AND LOCAL SERVICE CEHTRE TO REPAIR OR REPLACE THE UNIT AS IT IS WITHIN WARRANTY PERIOD BUT NO ONE HAS GIVEN ME A PROPER SOLUTION TO MY COMPLAINT. THEY SAID THAT SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT HAVING SPARE PARTS TO REPLACE. TILL THAT TIME WE HAVE TO SUFFER WITHOUT SAFE DRINKING WATER AND BUY WATER CANS WHICH ARE NOT AS SAFE AS THIS WATER. MY CUSTOMER ID IS 1004870563. MY REQUEST TO THE EUREKA FORBES IS TO REPLACE THE UNIT NEW ONE IMMEDIATELY OTHERWISE RETURN MY MONEY WITH INTREST.
