Not working

We had complained on telephone to aquagaurd and the complain number is 81342959 about the poor water flow The service technician had visited and he did not know much about the machine and what ever little water that was coming through in the filter also stopped. They left telling some other person will come and do the needful and since the last 15 days no one has visited inspite of numerous telephone calls. The machine which was bought for Rs 15000/ is lying idle. And we are having to boil water and buy water for drinking and cooking purposes
