Poor After Sale Service

Dear Sir,

I am a retired Army Officer of the rank of Colonel. I had brought AquaGuard Total Water Purification system " Sensa Blue " On 30th Sep 2009 for he last One Month. The instrument is not working properly I have been approaching their Office as well as Customer Care to send their representative to get it repaired. Inspite of my best efforts the company has not taken any action till date.
