Hi,
I purchased RO from X-Cite (Aundh) Pune, on 02-Aug-09. I was told that insallation will be done with 48 hrs but this was installed on Thursday. Next day it stopped working. When I reported this, engineer came and told that Motor is not working. I went to shop and got it replaced on Saturday. Engineer came on Sunday to install but he again found that Motor is not working. Along with the RO cost, I already spent about Rs 210 for logistics and lot of my time got wasted during all this. In this rainy season when Swine Flu is spreading, I spent this money so that we could get fresh water, instead we got only frustration. Also, X-Cite people are ready to replace the RO again but I am sorry to say but now I have lost confidence and want this money back. When I asked for refund, X-Cite people told me that it is not possible to refund the money. I have already put my concern to X-Cite people as well Eureka Forbes perople and I also written 4-5 emails to X-Cite & Eureka Forbes customer care but I have not received any response from their side.
I would request you to please help me in this regard as I have already gone through a lot of harassment,
lot of my time and money have gone waste.
Request you to please help to have my money refunded so that I can consider other options as we can not afford to take risk of drinking un-filterred water.
