I own a Total Inova water purifier which is giving me problems for the past one month. Every 2 days i lodge a complaint because it goes out of order. In spite of the machine being under AMC, the franchisee 'Bhushan Services" does not change the faulty part but only repairs it. I have written to Eureka Forbes, but till date there is no response in spite of reminders. Looks like they are either ill equipped to handle their customers or they just dont care!! I am totally disgusted with the attitude of Bhushan services (their technicians are rude) and am surprised that one cannot escalate the matter to anyone in Eureka Forbes. The customer services refuses to give you contact details of their Big Bosses!!!
