I have purchased a eureka forbes vijay water purifier from sealdah BIG-BAZAR.they told me that installation is free and service is available on all working days except sunday.every saturday i called them on 10 am and the persons said please call me on 12 noon when i reach the office and then when i called him on 12.30pm each time he said the he is very busy and will try to come on evening before 7pm and never come.now already 3 months is passed by but still it is not been installed.i also tried to contact the customer care number and service center of eureka forbes using the manual given with the product but all the nubers are either invalid or not the correct numbers.
so the conclusion is they do not provide any services and just useless
