Bad AMC service

I had Taken AMC for 2years for my Aquaguard classic water purifier by paying Rs 1750 on 21 10.2010 from Trivandrum Service centre. They came promptly changed the filters and gave the Amc proposal and collected money. In 2 days time my water purifier became out of order in spite of registering the complaint they are not turning up. Please advise what to do in this matter.
