I placed a service request for re-installation of AcquaGuard (water purifier) of Eureka Forbes on 14th of June. Since then I have more than half-a-dozen calls eliciting identical response on each occassion: We will have someone sent soon. This is the service level for a service request for which Eureka Forbes charges a pretty hefty fee. Having bought the item, custoerms like me are at the mercy of the company as they have monooly on such service requests. I am seriously considering taking up the issue with consumer forum.
