I purchased a RO in may and it is not working since last 10 days. My Husband personally went at their Rakesh marg office a week ago to lodge a complaint but nobody has turned up yet. We also tried to lodge a complaint at their Delhi toll free number but the operator does not have time to listen to consumers compalint and disconnected the line saying that your voice is not audible.
These are the people who make your life so difficult while selling their product.they dont see any time, whether its late at night or early morning to sell their product but dont care when any problem comes. The sales person padam malik gave his cell number but despite repeated calls, he does not have time to pick his phone.
Look at the attitude of so called Prodfessional company.
