I own a Forbes Aquafolo water purifier which is under annual maintence contract. I had given a service request on 11.7.2008 and followed it up with up with two phone call daily. Every time I was told a technician will come in one hours time. But no one has come since past 6 days.
I request you to do a research and highlight this issue of pathetic serve from Eureka Forbes and warn all consumers against buying Eureka Forbes products.
