NOT ATTENDING FOR INSTALLATION

I have recently been shifted to my new location and made a service call for installing my i-Nova machine through service request no. 9043249528 dated 5 May. Till today nobody from the company bothered to attend for installing the machine, even after pursuing with them number of times through their call centre number 39883333. Today also I have spoken just now at their call centre no. with a person named Mr. Sudip, who again assured me that I will receive a call on Monday next, i.e. 11 May for this service. 5 days have passed by to just provide a service to a customer. The company should be ashamed of the so called customer service they are promising and ultimately making them fully unhappy and dissatisfied customer by not providing the service.

I just don't understand of how companies like EUREKA FORBES fooling their customer!!!
