Not at all careing for custmar complants

We are suffering from problem of water filter, that is pure water is not coming but waste water going out and over flowing of water from tank of filter. For this we called many times to bellary head office that is number is 08392-268373/ 266916 and called from 9448915895 and we have recording system in our mobile and we recorded all calls . but they didnt react anything
