Problem with customer service

I purchased euro aqua care RO water purifier system last nov. Its still in warranty.

Lately there is a water leakage and its not functioning at all.

I gave callt o eureka forbes cust care but they are not sending any technician to rectify the system. I called them almost 5-6 times. My complaint reference no is 80632103.I dont know what should i do.i stay in malad east valentine towers, 400097, mumbai.
