Poor, pathetic service

I have gone for acquaguard water purifier. at the time of purchase, the sales guy sold it immediately. but after 1 year, i suffered for the service like anything.then i have gone for some service contract. when they said it will be prompt. but that was even worst. so, never ever go for acquaguard. we have too meny products in the market for water purification. if you have the same openion, please post it. it should be there in "stay away" list.
