Very poor water output

I purchased an RO model on the 11 th of September. For the past 1 month the output received is drastically reduced to 2 litres of water. The service people out here in Chennai, Tamilnadu is not able to identify the fault. This is quite ridiculous. Can someone help us in this regard and get it done before the warranty period is over.
