I had ordered for a "Baby car seat" from their website during first week of December for a sum of Rs.3040/- (I have paid an extra amount of Rs.500/- for change in courier carrier). This was delivered to me some time during mid January (this even though product advertises delivery within 7-10working days). This besides the product delivered did not match the online advertisement/catalog in any way (appearance/color) moreover the delivered product is only a baby carrier and not a baby car seat.

When I contacted customer support regarding replacement with the advertised product or a full refund (Mr. Shailesh Nair, Talash.com) whom i have been in touch with he asked me to forward him the photographs of the delivered product (this was sent to him on the 20th of January to which i got the reply

"Thank you for your email with regard to your complaint about the Order No. 208132784

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. However, we have taken the liberty to forward your complaint to the vendor. Once we have a reply from them, we will update you soon.

We trust that this information is helpful."

After which there has been no response from them to my first reminder sent on February 4th of 2009 .

I shall be grateful if you could do something about this matter. IT IS NOT ONLY WRONG THAT SOMEONE CHEATS YOU OF HARD EARNED MONEY, BUT THEY ARE NOT RIGHT ON MORAL AND ETHICAL GROUNDS
