I have been making two complaints to your Customer Care about my Excell Anant No: 9411638965 of UP (West) but to no results so far. These being:
(a) Very often, when I press any button on my mobile, the screen flashes ERROR. I have to press OK to carry on. I am told that the problem could be with SIM which needs replacement. Is it a correct advice?
(b) I am being charged Rs 1.40 for making local calls to other than BSNL numbers and STD at Rs 2.40. Can you change it to Re 1 for making local calls to other than BSNL numbers and Rs 1.50 for STD as being given to new Excell Anant without any extra cost to me?
