My PAN Card was dispatched by NSDL, Mumbai on 2nd July via ExpressIT Courier services but the same has not been delivered till date (6 Days). Moreover I have sent atleast 3 emails, all of which were read by ExpressIT customer care department ([email protected]) as I have received the read receipts on my email id. But there has been no response to my emails. The status of the consignment at their website shows "Exception" and a detailed search shows "In Transit". The main contact number mentioned on their website (022-30813081) is always switched off and when I try to call the other number of their corporate office in Mumbai (022-28218754) no one pics the phone.
