Not changing the defaulty mobile

Sir,

it is broughgt to your kind notice that i hav purchased a sony erricson moblile f305 from nokia shop central market lajpat nagar-2. cellucom india pvt. ltd.

dated 15/7

but frm the same day the display problem was there a problem of display.

after some days on 26/09/09 i submitted my fone in sony erricson servic center (e-17 lajpat nagar-2)

bt it is regreted to say that more than 1 month have passed, bt not the same has been changed nor the same has been repaired.

i visited 4-5 times there, but every time they kept lingering on, on the one pretext or the other.

you are therefore requested to kindly entervein in this matter and my fone may kindly be replaced as early as possible..
