Not changing defaulty mobile

Sir,

this is to inform you that i have purxhased a sony erricson f305 and due to some problems i have handed over the mobile to the sony erricson service center (e-17 central market lajpat nagar-2)

more than 1 month has passed but have not received the fone back nor any message for change of faulty fone has been received.

this is my 2ng mail.
