THIS IS REGARDING AIR WAY BILL NO. 869574245424..OUR BUYER SEND ONE PARCEL FROM K.L. THERE WAS ONE THREE YARD NORMAL PLAIN FABRIC SAMPLE.

THE PARCEL ARRIVED AT OUR OFFICE ON 14.05.10 AT ABOUT 6 P.M, THE PERSON WHO BRING IN THE PARCEL ASKED ME TO PAY THE DUTY AMOUT INRS. 8984/00 FOR THE SAID 200 GMS PARCEL. I WAS SURPRISED TO SEE THE AMOUT. HE GAVE ME THE INVIOCE OF FEDEX FOR THAT AMOUNT.I INSTANTLY REFUSED TO TAKE THE DELIVERY AS THERE WAS NO QUESTION OF THAT MUCH DUTY I ASKED HIM FOR DETAILS AND CUSTOM RECEIPT WHICH HE NEVER CARRY.(NORMALY PRACTICE BY DHL IS THAT THEY ALWAYS SEND XEROX COPY OF CUSTOMS RECEIPT WITH THEIR INVIOCE INDICATING THE NUM/ITM/AMOUNT OF DUTY)

THEN IMMEDIATLY I CALLED THE COSTOMER CARE SERVICE AND ASKED THEM ABOUT THE DUTY... AFTER CHECKING THEY SAID THAT ITS SHIPPERS FAULT AS THEY MENTIONED RM.1500/00 IN INVIOCE. WE CALLED SHIPPER AND ASKED THEM, AFTER CHECKING THE DETAILS SHIPPER AGREED THE FAULT.

ON 15.05.10 WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE IN AFTERNOON AND TOLD THEM TO DELIVER THE PARCEL ON MONDYA (17.05.10) WITH THE INVIOCE SO THAT WE CAN PAY THE DUTY AMOUT. WE ALSO REQUESTED THEM TO PROVIDE US THE COPY OF BILL OF ENTRY SO CAN GO TO CUSTOMS PERSONALY AND SEE IF THE MISTAKE CAN BE RECTIFIED.. FOR THIS THEY ASSURED ME AND NOTED MY EMAIL ID. THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT HE WILL ARANGE THE DELIVERY ON MONDAY AND THE COPY OF BILL OF ENTRY WILL BE SENT TO MY EMAIL ID.

ON 17.05.10 AT 1.45 PM, I CALLED AGAIN TO VERIFY THAT THE DELIVERY IS OUT, TO MY SURPRISE THE LADY TOLD ME THERE IS NO REQUSED DONE IN SYSTEM ON 15.05.10 AND SHE ASKED METHE NAME OF PERSON WHOM I SPOKE TO.. UNFORTUNATLY I NEVER ASKED THE NAME THAT DAY..BUT SHE CONFIRMED THAT MY EMAIL ID ALREADY PUT ON SYSTEM ON 15.05.10 (BY WHOM SHE DONTKNOW) WELL I ASKED HER NAME SHE WAS MS.GITANJALI..

IMMEDAITLY I REQUESTED HER TO PLEASE ARRANGE THE DELIVERY OF PARCLE BY NEXT DAY (18.05.10) WHICH SHE AGREED. I TOLD HER THAT YOUR MONEY IS READY WITH ME PLEASE SEND THE PARCEL AND COLLECT THE MONEY. SHE AGREED... FOR BILL OF ENTRY SHE TOLD ME THAT SHE IS FORWARDING MY REQUEST TO CONCERNED DEPARTMENT AND THEY WILL SEND ME BY EMAIL WITH IN 48 HOURS.

ON 18.05.10 I CALLED THEIR BRANCH OFFICE IN FOUNTAIN ON TEL NO.02222692814 AND INQUIRED ABOUT MY PARCEL AFTER CHECKING THEY SAID THAT THE PARCEL IS STILL IN MIDC WARE HOUSE, I REQUESTED HIM FOR URGENCY, HE SAID HE IS FORWARDING THE REQUEST FOR DELIVERY AND CAN ARRANGE THE DELIVERY NEXT DAY.

NEXT DAY ON 19.05.10 I CALLED THE FOUTAIN PEOPLE THEY SAID THE THE PARCEL IS ARRIVING BY VAN AT 2.30 PM AND WILL BE DELIVERD BY EVENING... AGAIN AFTER WAITING I CALLED THEM AT 6.15 PM TO INQUIRE THE STATUS TO MY SURPRISE THEY SAID THAT THE SAID PARCEL IS GONE BACK WITH THE VAN..I ASKED THEM HOW THAT CAN BE POSSIBLE THE HAD NO ANSWER AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE.

IMMEDIATLY AT 6.25 PM (ON 19.05.10) CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED FOR MY SHIPMENT, THE PERSON TOLD ME THAT AS PER THE RECORD THAT THE PERSON REACHED MY OFFICE AT 10 AM (IN THE MORNING WHEN THE FOUNTIAN PEOPLE SAID THAT PARCEL IS IN VAN AT2.30PM) AND WE HAD NO MONEY FOR DUTY PAYMENT... THIS IS REALY A BIG JOK.. MY BROTHER WAS IN OFFICE SINCE 9 AM AND HE HAD READY MONEY WITH HIM SINCE LAST TWO DAYS.. INQUIRED IN OFFICE WITH STAFF THEY SAY NO ONE CAME SINCE MORNING...

I AGAIN ASKED HIM TO PUT IN SYSTEM THAT THE SAME SHOULD BE DELIVERD NEXT DAY (20.05.10) WHICH HE AGREED AND TOLD ME THAT HE PUT THE INSTRUCTIONS IN SYSTEM. I ALSO ASKED HIM WHAT ABOUT MY BILL OF ENTRY AS IT IS ALREADY MORE THEN 96 HOURS TO MY REQUEST THROUGH MS. GITANJALI ON 17.05.10, TO THAT HE SAID HE IS FORWARDING THE REQUEST AGAIN TO CONCERN DEPARTMENT... HIS NAME WAS, MR. DURAI...

WELL I WAS NOT SURE SO I CALLED AGAIN IN THE MORNING AT 10 AM ON 20.5.10 TO RECONFIRM THAT MY PARCEL IS GOING TO BE DELIVERED.. LUCKILY MY PHONE WAS PICKED UP BY SAME LADY MS. GITANJALI... SHE GOT SURPRISED THAT I HAVE NOT RECD THE PARCEL NOR RECEIVED THE BILL OF ENTRY... I TOLD HER THAT I PUT THE REQUST YESTERDSY FOR DELIVERY AND WANT TO CONFIRM IT IS GOING TO BE TODAY.. AGAIN TO MY SURPRISE SHE SAID NO ONE PUT YOUR REQUEST IN SYSTEM YESTERDAY... WELL THIS TIME I GOT VERY UPSET I TOLD HER CLEARLY TO ARRANGE THE DEKIVERY BY TODAY AND COLLECT YOUR MONEY OTHERWISE I AM GOING TO GIVE THIS MATTER IN NEW PAPER... SHE ASSURED ME THAT IT WILL BE DELIVERD ANYHOW BY TODAY.

IN THE AFTERNON AT 2.30 PM I CALLED THE FOUNTAIN OFFICE, THEY SAID THAT YOUR PARCEL IS HERE AND AS THE STAFF IS HAVING LUNCH THEY WILL DELIVER IT BEFORE 4 PM, I WIATED TILL 4.15 PM AND CALLED THEM AGAIN THE PERSON SAID THAT MY APRCEL IS ALREADY OUT FOR DELIVERY AND BOY CAN COME ANYTIME. I REQUSTED HIM TO CALL THE BOY AND ARRANGE MY DELIVERY FIRST ON WHICH HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL SEND THE MASSAGE TO THE BOY.

NOTHING HAPPEND TILL 5.PM, I CALLED THE FOUTAIN PEOPLE AGAIN, THEY JUST SAID THE SHIPMENT IS GONE BACK. I ASKED THEM HOW IT IS POSSIBLE.. 4.15 PM THEY SAID THE BOY IS CARRING THE SHIPMENT AND 5 PM ITS GONE BACK WITHOUT DELIVERY AND REASON.. THE PERSON ASKED ME TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER CARE AS HE WAS HELPLESS...

I CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN THE LADY WAS ON LINE I TOLD HER EVERYTHINGAND ASKED HER TO PUT ME TO SOME SENIOR OFFICER SO THAT CAN GET PICTURE CLEAR.. THE LADY TOLD ME THAT SHE IS SENIOR .. I ASKED HER WHAT TO DO NOW.. SHE ALSO SAID THAT THE SHIPMENT CAME BACK WHEN I ADKED THE REASON SHE GOT MUM AND PROMISED THAT SAME WILL BE DELIVERD TOMM.. BEFORE I CAN ASK HER NAME SHE DISCUNECTED THE LINE... I CALLED AGAIN AND THIS TIME ONE MS. SANDRA CAME ONLINE I ASKED HER FOR MY DELIVERY AND REASON FOR SHIPMENT GOING BACK.. SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES AFTER THAT SHE SAID SHE IS PUTTING THE REQUEST FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY... I ASKED HER TO PUT ME TO SOME SENIOR OFFICER SHE SAID NO ONE IS PRESENT AT MOVMENT.

I DONT UNDERSTAN WHAT IS GOING ON... WHERE IS MY SHIPMNET AND WHY IT IS NOT DELIVERED. WHAT ABOUT THE BILL OF ENTRY ITS MORE THEN 3 DAYS... WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS... FOR WHAT THEY ARE CHARGING...
