Did not receive my copy for femina and good homes

Dear Sir/madam

I have taken subscription of Femina and Good Homes magazines in August. The person from your office confirmed me that I will be receiving 2 copies of Femina and one copy of Good Homes every month but till now I have received only one copy of Femina. I have called up several times to your office and spoke to customer service but of no help. My customer ID is 26417551 and my address is Lajpat Naga
