Dear Ms. Jumana Patel,

As per our telecon I wish to inform you that I had subscribed to Femina Issue under one of your schemes in month of August. As per that scheme I was supposed to receive a HiDesign Handbag along with my subscription.

When I spoke to Ms. Mitali (Customer Service Executive Tel no: 6635 4083) in month of August I was told that the handbag shall be delivered along with my first issue which did not happen. When I called up in September I was told that it will be done in October and then again in October I was told end of November. Its been 6 months now. What started as disappointment is now turning to anger. I feel cheated by your company. This kind of false business practice does not suit to organization of your stature.

I don't get the magazine copies on time and have to always follow up for the same. I have been an avid Femina Reader since years and my image about your company is fast changing now.

As informed by Yourself and Mitali I understand that you will send me the bag by 26 Jan. I would appreciate if you can keep your words this time or I may have to get in to further action.
