This has reference to my complaint given vide complaint No: S09/Hyd/1353/041016 given by your Call Center more than a week,
On the day of Replacement of Battery Reqest, they said it will be replaced within 3 working days. Till now none of your people visisted and replaced. I appreciate your immediate action in this regard.
