Cheated by the fly care operato

Dear sir,

i gave my mobile for repairing for the damage of my L.C.D. screen of the mobile of fly company.he told me that it will take time of 45 days but the verynext day he called me said your mobile is ready and told to pay the bill of 800 rupees. I paid the bill but he has changed IMEI NO to other mobile which is more damaged than my mobile .and i caught his cheat so you are my only hope to retain my mobile. I have all the proofs.
