Fly DS-400 Dual Sim Mobile
Could not connect internet from moblie to pc with usb cable

I have fly DS-400 Dual Sim handset with all multimedia functions. I want to activate GPRS on my mobile but problem is that when connect my mobile to pc it will not detect on pc. Then I go to setting in that usb configuration & it asking me mass storage or webam. If I choose mass storage I will switch off mobile & detected on pc. or if I choose webcam it will goes to camera on pc.

I want a technical solution how to connect a internet to pc through usb cable.
