Service issue after purchage

Respected sir/madam

I have purchased a fly mobile (Modal: v80i) from mclub store. This is a dual sim mobile (cdma/gsm) with fm. After 2 month from purchase the gsm sim be not working in this mobile. I went to service center (laxmi nagar, gurudwara road, delhi 92) and show my handset. and told to recieve my set within 10 days but he gave me th repaired handset after one month. again within 1 weak the same problem be occurred. whats i do? even if i submit it again then they block it around one month. then when i use the set. so please help me. whats i do. my earphone be also damaged but when i say about this they said it work properly.

also the service center representative be not respond in proper manner.
