Coupans not delievered

Sir,

i have recharge on freecharge.in but they never deliever the coupans... they gave me some tracking no. and it is showing that the coupans are delievered... this is the 4th time i m facing this problem..and now freecharge customer care is not replying my msgs... plz look into it
