I purchased LG RG 9800 in Rs. 11000 from Reliance dealer with RIM RIM all India 18 months free calling offer in spetember Initially reliance took about 2 weeks to start the scheme, The scheme was repeatedly stopped by reliance every month and restarted only after complaint, Now reliance has started charging me for all RIM RIM STD calls again, on complaint under no 89450716 I was informed that problem is sorted out on 18/2. However RIM RIM STD charges were still deducted on 19/02 I complained again under No 89567813 Now I was informed by SMS on 20/02 that all the charges deducted by reliance in spite of RIM RIM free package.
I am feeling cheated by reliance and looking for legal cource by filing complaint with consumer forum.
