I have applied for 64 Shares for Public Issue of Future capital Limited vide application No 42785770. I have paid an amount of 48960/- towards application fees bearing cheque No. 378329 drawn on Union Bank of India, Dhantoli Branch, Nagpur dated 15/01/08. During allotment procedure I have not been allotted any share. So the company is required to make the refund with in suitable time which may extend to 15 days or may be 30 days. I feel sorry to inform you that I have not yet got any refund till yet even after a long period of almost eight month. This is very injustice on my part that for no fault on my part I have been deprived from using such a huge amount. Therefore I request you to interfere in the matter to enable the refund and compensation for loss incurred.
