P.F contribution of employe

Dear Sir,

The management of GEETA School, Patancheruvu, Hyd. is not willing to contribute employer part to the P.F, and they are saying that if we want the PF benefits, we have to contribute employee part our self. Based on this issue, we have complained to PF office last year. But they have managed with the PF officials nothing has been done. But now if we ask about PF benefits, they are restricting our mouths and threatening us that if any complaint goes to the PF office or any other concerned Department, they are going to remove us from the jobs. They also say that they have good political background; nobody can talk on this issue. All the teachers are worrying about this injustice causing and demanding for their right to get their contribution from the management. We are also planning to bring this issue to the news papers and T.V channels. We will not leave this issue until we get the employer contribution to the P.F as per the rule.

I kindly request you to see that the employers working in GEETA School, Patancheruvu, Hyd. should get the all P.F benefits.
