Charging me for a product that was never delivered

I had ordered two Polo watches through GE money card's offer on November 21, through their offer. I have not received the watch till date. The vendor is having very poor customer service and I am not able to get any details about the watch. I was given around 5 different phone numbers to contact regarding the delivery status, but either the line is always busy, or if somebody picks up, they direct me to dial the phone number that is always busy. This is starting to look like a scam now. On top of it, I have been asked to pay for the watch by today. How can GE money demand payment for a product that I never received till date, nor do I think I will ever receive. On top of it, their web site http://www.gemoney.in/en/ never works. I tried logging a complaint through the web site, but no use. The site does not work. I hope somebody will take this seriously and contact me ASAP.
